The seller of the services and goods offered here is Bars and Tables Event Staffing (“we”, “us”). Bars and Tables Event Staffing operates the Event Staffing Network and the Adam and Eve Home collection within the GOD’S EYES operating environment. By continuing to use the site, place an order, submit a booking request, or purchase a lead package or membership, you agree to these terms.

You confirm that you are of legal age to enter a contract, and that where you act for an organization you have authority to bind it. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep it current, and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

We provide event staffing matching between clients and independent hospitality professionals, paid lead access and membership for professionals, and the sale of home furnishing pieces and design services. Quotes, calculators, and lead values shown on the site are estimates until confirmed in writing.

You must not use the service to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• commit fraud, send spam, or misrepresent your identity or credentials;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• interfere with security — including malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing technical limits;
• resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

We retain ownership of the platform and everything in it, including software, documentation, photography, written material, branding, and the character and design canon. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing frequency, applicable taxes, subscription renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period until cancelled. Our own refund window is described in our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your right to use the service ends; where practical we will provide a reasonable window to export your data before deletion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude indirect, consequential, and special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Bars and Tables Event Staffing is established, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
