Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to lead packages, professional memberships, and design and home decor orders placed through Bars and Tables Event Staffing checkout.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle, on behalf of Bars and Tables Event Staffing. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order reference, or call our automated helpline at 1-800-555-0190 and we will raise it with Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically three to ten business days after approval.

You may cancel a professional membership at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. A renewal charge is refundable within the 30-day window described above.

Made-to-order and custom-sourced furnishings are still covered by the 30-day window from the order date. Where a piece has already shipped, please contact us before returning it so we can arrange collection and confirm the refund with Paddle.

Paddle’s own Refund Policy also applies to all orders processed through our checkout.
